IN ORDER TO BE ADMITTED AS A MEMBER OF ALICANTE’S OFFICIAL CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENTS you will need:

1. a letter of request for admission addressed to the President of the Chartered Institute; 
2. a photocopy of your ID;
3. a clearance certificate from the Central Registry of Criminal Records;
4. to give proof you are in possession of the Title of Administrative Agent, if you have not requested it, you will have to do so and request its delivery to the President of the Spanish General Council of Official Chartered Institutes of Administrative Agents through an application form and the payment of the corresponding fees (150 €);
   if you have performed exams giving access to the profession in a given region of Spain (autonomous community), you must contact the Regional Council of the area you were assessed in, and request them to issue the diploma to ensure you are in its possession;
5. two passport size photos and  Ficha Confección Carnet Profesional;
6. certificate of ownership of the bank account issued by the entity;
7. to fill in the form for the Administrative Agents’ General Register (RGGA);
8. Personal Data Protection.
9. a certification of residence issued by the town hall of the town you intend to pursue your professional activity in;
10. a copy of the registration form 036/037 for request of activation, Census Declaration / Tax Register Declaration;
11. a copy of your insurance policy to guarantee liabilities that may be incurred in the exercise of the profession (minimum amount 600.000€) ;
12. a copy of the lease or a property deed in your name, of the premises where you intend to practice your professional activity;
13. to apply for the Mutual Insurance of Administrative Agents (phones 914312502/69), or the corresponding registration in the Special Scheme for the Self-Employed (R.E.T.A.) in accordance with the current legislation;
14. Oath or Pledge;

To enter the Chartered Institute as "NON-PRACTICING", you only have to present the documents mentioned in paragraphs 1 to 8.
